With the warm days and blooms on the bushes coming to an end, my kids and I decided to get outside and clip some "nature treasures" (as my four year old calls them) and made some super cool paint brushes!
After gathering up all the beauties we could find, we laid them all out and tied them with twine to sticks to make our brushes. After that? Time to paint with them, of course!
It was neat to see the different patterns each nature item made. The kiddos loved it!
My littler ones also enjoyed rolling pinecones in the paint and using them as stampers to make dots on their paper. So fun!
